AEDDGE is one person.
I’m Kavin Sandron. I’m a business analyst with a master’s in Fintech, and I build software — internal systems, automation and web applications — for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets but aren’t big enough for enterprise software.
I studied and worked in London.
The building is self-taught, and it started as a personal interest. The analysis is the part I trained in — and it’s the part that decides whether a system is worth building at all.
Why AEDDGE exists.
I kept seeing the same thing. A business with a real, specific problem — and every product available to it asking it to fit a template built for someone else.
Nobody was starting from the business. Everyone was starting from the product and working backwards to make it fit.
AEDDGE starts the other way round. I look at how your business actually works first. Only then do I decide whether the answer is a web application, a mobile app, an automation, or something much smaller than any of those.
Why you can trust me with your operation.
Because I understand the business before I touch the technology. Most people who can build can’t read an operation. Most people who can read an operation can’t build. Doing both is the entire job.
And because every system on the work page was designed, built and shipped by me, end to end. They’re all still running.
One person, on purpose.
When you hire an agency, you talk to someone who doesn’t build, and the person who builds never talks to you. What you describe gets written down, passed along, and something else gets made.
Here, the person you talk to is the person who builds it. Nothing gets lost in between.
It also means I take on fewer projects than an agency would, and I’ll tell you early if yours isn’t a fit.
What I won’t take on
Brochure websites
If you need five pages and a contact form, a designer will do it better and cheaper than I will.
Problems a product already solves
If the honest answer is “buy the off-the-shelf tool,” I’ll tell you that instead of building something.
Projects with nobody on your side
Custom software needs one person in your business who has time to be involved. Without that it fails, whoever builds it.

I reply personally, within 24 hours
