Privacy Policy
Effective 2 September 2026
At AEDDGE we respect your privacy and handle personal information responsibly. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal information when you visit aeddge.com, contact us, book a meeting, or otherwise interact with our services.
1. About AEDDGE
AEDDGE provides personalised business technology and automation solutions. Depending on what a client needs, that may include websites, software applications, business process automation, AI solutions, workflow automation, integrations, dashboards and other technology.
AEDDGE is operated by Kavin Sandron. For any question about this policy or your personal information, write to hello@aeddge.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us directly — when you send an enquiry or book a meeting:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number, if you provide one
- Business name, and your role if you mention it
- What you tell us about your business and the problem you want solved
- Anything else you choose to include
Information collected automatically — when you visit the website, our hosting provider records technical information for security and delivery:
- IP address
- Browser and device information
- Pages visited, and the date and time
We only collect what is reasonably necessary for the purpose.
3. How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and requests
- To understand your business requirements
- To schedule and hold meetings
- To prepare quotations and proposals
- To deliver and manage agreed services
- To improve the website and our services
- To maintain security and prevent misuse
- To keep proper business and financial records
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Enquiries sent through the website
When you submit the enquiry form, what you write is transmitted through Formspree, our form provider, and forwarded to our business email. Formspree also stores a copy of the submission in our account.
Please keep enquiries to what is needed. Do not send passwords, financial credentials, authentication codes or other highly confidential information through a general enquiry form.
5. Meeting bookings
We use Cal.com for scheduling. When you book, your name, email, booking details and answers to the booking questions are processed through Cal.com, which acts as a processor on our behalf. Their policy is at cal.com/privacy.
6. Third-party services we use
We use a small number of providers to run the website and our communications. Each has its own privacy policy, and we share only what is necessary:
- Cloudflare — website hosting and security. Processes visitor IP addresses and request data.
- Formspree — website enquiry forms.
- Cal.com — meeting scheduling.
- Google Fonts — typefaces are loaded from Google's servers, which means your IP address is visible to Google when a page loads.
We do not control the privacy practices of these platforms. This list will change as our services develop, and this page will be updated when it does.
7. Client data and business systems
Depending on the project, AEDDGE may be given access to information belonging to a client, or to that client's own customers — for example when building or automating a system, website, workflow or application.
In those cases the client decides the purposes and means of processing, and AEDDGE processes the information on the client's instructions. Where appropriate we put a written agreement in place covering data protection and confidentiality.
AEDDGE does not claim ownership of a client's data simply because we process or access it while delivering a service. It stays yours.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss or misuse. Access to client systems is requested only where it is needed to deliver the agreed work, and we use access controls, authentication and secure credential handling where applicable.
No internet-based system can be guaranteed completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
9. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected — to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements or comply with the law. Periods vary by the type of information.
Client project data may additionally be governed by the relevant service agreement, statement of work or data processing agreement.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you may:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you and how it is processed
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Ask us to delete information, where that applies
- Withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity
- Raise a complaint about how we have handled your information
Send any of these to hello@aeddge.com. We may need to verify your identity first.
11. Grievances
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, contact Kavin Sandron at hello@aeddge.com and we will respond. We aim to reply to every privacy request within a reasonable period, and to resolve complaints promptly.
12. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and general adult users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our enquiry processes.
13. Cookies and analytics
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or tracking. There is nothing to opt into and no banner to dismiss.
If that changes — for example if we add analytics later — this page will be updated and any consent required by law will be requested at that time.
14. Processing outside India
Some of the providers listed above process information outside India. Cal.com, Formspree, Cloudflare and Google all operate internationally. Where this happens we aim to use appropriate providers and safeguards consistent with applicable legal requirements.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services, technology or legal obligations change. The current version is always published here with its effective date.
