Work

What’s been built.

Four projects, four different kinds of answer — an operations system, an automation, a web app, and a workflow that removed a bottleneck entirely.

01

A garment business now runs on one system

Sri Garments
Before

People, production, sales, stock and money lived in separate records. Reconciling took days, and the numbers were stale by the time they agreed.

Built

One operations system: attendance, production, tailoring, sales, stock, suppliers, expenses, cash book and weekly salary.

After

One set of records. Today’s sales, pieces produced, who’s present and what’s owed are all visible on one screen, to everyone who needs them.

The Sri Garments operations home screen, showing today's sales, pieces produced, attendance and pending dues above a grid of modules for attendance, production, sales, stock, suppliers and payroll.

Every order confirmed the moment it arrives

Nanaa Crackers
Before

Every order from the website was confirmed by hand. Someone read it, typed a reply, and followed up later. Sometimes.

Built

Automatic confirmation and follow-up, triggered the moment an order is placed.

After

Customers hear back immediately, at any hour, in peak season as well as quiet weeks. Nobody types confirmations.

03

Patient progress the doctor can actually see

Prana Life
Before

Diet plans on paper, so patients reported from memory and the doctor worked from a version of events.

Built

A web app where patients photograph meals as they eat them, with a clinician view on the other side.

After

Progress is visible between appointments instead of reconstructed during them.

The Meal Log clinician view: a patient list showing who is active, who needs a nudge, and how many meals each has logged this week.

Business answers, asked from a phone

Sri Garments
Before

Checking a number meant being at the computer, or asking someone who was.

Built

An automation that takes a message, reads the live business data, and replies with the answer — no app to open and nothing to learn.

After

The owner asks a question from wherever they are and gets a straight answer back in seconds.

An automation workflow: an incoming message triggers a route step, a database query, a reply builder, and a response sent back to the sender.
Message in, business data out
05

Product photos that clean themselves

AutomationSri Garments
Before

Every product photo needed its background removed and cleaned before it could be used. Manual, repetitive, and a bottleneck every time a new range was shot.

Built

An automated workflow. Raw photo in, clean product image out, no editing software and nobody waiting.

After

The bottleneck is gone. A new range can be shot and listed the same day.

Your business isn’t on this list.

That’s the point. None of these came from a template, and yours wouldn’t either.
